Cookie categories

• Analytics: Helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. No marketing or advertising use.
• Marketing: Lets us measure campaign performance and reach the right audience with our adverts.
• Functional: Enables non-essential features like embedded videos and live chat.

How we ask for consent

On your first visit we show a banner that sets no analytics, marketing, or functional cookies until you act. Non-strictly- necessary tags are gated using Google Tag Manager consent mode v2 and stay denied until you opt in. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings link; withdrawn categories stop firing immediately.

The full inventory of cookies set on the marketing site and the authenticated app -- their purpose, category, lifetime, and the party that sets them -- is maintained in our internal cookie audit and is re-checked every quarter.
